Coaches in Tampa Bay need someone who already knows the app. Two-hour offers start at $35, set by the coach and paid straight to you after the game. You keep 100%.

Ages 14 and up. Under 18 needs a parent or guardian to approve by email before your first game. Honest timeline: we are building the roster now, running a few test games this fall and winter, and launching fully in spring 2027. Until then it may be quiet. We only email you when there is something real.

How it works

Your games, your schedule.

CREATE A PROFILE
Pick the leagues you can get to, what you can do (keep score, run GameChanger, work a scoreboard, run a livestream), and when you are free. Your profile goes live right away with a link you can share.

GET OFFERED GAMES
Starting with test games this fall and winter, we email you when a coach in one of your leagues needs help, with the date, field, and pay. Choose games that fit your schedule. Once you accept, commit to the agreed arrival time. If a coach cancels less than two hours before your arrival time, including a rainout, they owe you $15 that day.

GET PAID AFTER THE GAME
The coach pays you directly through Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle. Coaches rate you afterward and the rating shows on your profile.

Skill level is self-reported. Every profile is reviewed by hand before a first match. Founding Helper #1 through #50 goes on the first 50 profiles for good.

3. Before you submit
